Send a deletion request
- Email antoniokischka@gmail.com with the subject Eternal Cultivation data deletion.
- Include your in-game display name and the Google email address you use to sign in. Do not send your password or authentication code.
- If needed, we will ask for limited additional information to verify that the request belongs to you.
We will acknowledge the request and aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If local law requires a different response period, that period applies.
What will be deleted
We will delete or de-identify personal information controlled by Lone Traveller that can be linked to your verified account. This may include online profile records, server-side multiplayer and Sect records, chat and mail still within their retention periods, and game save data under our control.
We may retain narrowly limited records when required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, enforcement, or dispute resolution. Data already de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be linked back to you may also remain.
Device and third-party data
Uninstall Eternal Cultivation or clear its storage in Android settings to remove local game data from that device. Information controlled independently by Google, Epic Games, or another service provider may require using that provider's account or privacy tools. Deleting data may permanently remove progress and access to online game records and cannot necessarily be reversed.
